Actually Christian, Cuba is free to import its goods from any country in the world, except the US. It merely uses the US embargo as another excuse to keep its people poor, oppressed, and in fear. It's proof positive that unilateral sanctions don't actually work -- ruthless dictators will always find ways to stay in power. 50 years without elections! X|

Well that wouldn't be very Christian. But it would not at all be inappropriate for the charity to be predicated on certain behavioral expectations.

Yes. But you would think that of those that rise to the highest levels of government in a nation would at least be adults, if not more adult than most. Course you'd be wrong, but it makes no sense.
