ok, i've recently (last week) started working on our BAM portal, and ran into the following problem. when using the query service, i am seeing transactions, but when i try to produce a pivot table i get 0 results, as if there are no messages. i've checked and double checked the BAM database and setting and cannot find any reason why i can't see any data in those pivot tables. did anyone run into this kind of problem before and if you did how did you solve it? (some additional info, i'm using biztalk 2006, sql server 2005 for the database, internet explorer 6 to display the BAM portal and excel 2007 to generate the BAM definition file)

Hi I'm getting the same problem - did you ever find a solution to this? When I design the pivot table using the BAM add-in in Excel, I'm not marking the pivot table as RTA (Real Time Aggregation) since I'm not running with an Enterprise Edition of SQL Server - would this be why I can't see any data using the Portal, even though I can see the data when I query the Activity I based the view/pivot table on? Any help would be much appreciated since I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure this out! Thanks...
