I see a money making situation. Scotland is to introduce a law to force up the price of booze, so if I open an off licence this side of the border, I can make a fortune. I could smuggle up the bottles to the Alkies and clean up. Oh wow, like 1920's America all over again!

and the irony is that you could probably buy it wholesale at cheaper prices from Scotland and then just ship it back!
