Microsoft MVP? Code Project MVP? Most Valuable Primate? If it's a CP MVP, you need to spend a lot of time helping out in the forums answering questions. Write some quality articles, and generally help out around the site. It's a long process, and one thing that characterises all of the MVPs - not one of us set out to be an MVP. We do this because we love helping out, and the MVP program is a nice bonus; it doesn't give you any benefits other than a different icon and a certificate.

It is a long and arduous journey, grasshopper. Introspection of the divine self leads to illumination of the inner citizen. Once this state of mind has been achieved, you must then pick up a molten love banana up with your earlobes and learn how to hum your national anthem through controlled anal gas discharges. Finally, when you can snatch the clue from my hand, you may leave the temple.
