i want to make a new server in sql server 2005 express or how to re name the server???

Servers aren't made, but installed. AFAIK, you can't rename a named instance. You can install a second server-instance without touching the original, if needed :)

You have to run through the installer a second time. During the install the installer will ask you what the name of the instance should be :)
