Chaining ourselves to the moral high ground does not make us good guys. Aside from making us easy targets, it merely makes us idiotic prisoners of our own self loathing.

Well, I am feeling inspired to take a dump. Unlike these guys I like to do something productive with my time.

Mike - typical white guy. The USA does have universal healthcare, but you have to pay for it. D'oh. Thomas Mann - "Tolerance becomes a crime when applied to evil." The NYT - my leftist brochure. Calling an illegal alien an “undocumented immigrant” is like calling a drug dealer an “unlicensed pharmacist”. God doesn't believe in atheists, therefore they don't exist.

I agree, but can't help wondering how inspirational the Founding Fathers would have looked if captured on camera, rather than in portraiture.

Sweating profusely in Philadelphia heat, arguing fiercely about this point or that, such that you could expect a fight at any moment. Constantly peering out the shade covered window expecting to be discovered at anytime. Clad with their firearms expecting to flee or engage the forces of tyranny at any moment.

:thumbsup: That explains why Pelosi is always smiling but looks as if she's going blind.

A milestone, I agree. Bathing 12 times more than was required by European standards at the time.
