You mean like a constituition, no one has-believes-or adheres to a constituition. If you must have one it has to be a living breathing charter, and it can be violated at any time for the common good at the community.

Indian Sub-Continent - Vikram A Punathambekar He tells dumb jokes, well he told one good joke but all the rest were bad. Europe & Africa & Middle East - John Theale (aka Zep) He's a socialist, but he's comming around. On the other hand his moniker has Zeplin which is close to Led Zeplin, and that's not all bad. Americas - Jon Oakman He get's mad easy and he has a gun (which is not bad as long as he's not mad at you), he lives in South Carolina, and he still is mad as hell about Shermans march.
