Get UTC Time Using WebService [modified]

Hi To All, I am developing an application in which,i am willing to store Current UTC time in the format hh:mm:ss(hh-hours,mm-minutes,ss-seconds) to the database to avoid the mismatch between different client local times.I am searching for an Web Service which can do this.Can anybody help regarding this problem.Hope that, i will get an early response for this.Any Queries regarding,Pls Come forward.
