Sugession Required Related to webparts..

can any one guide me how can i display a website inside a webpart?? i have a button and textbox on page user want to enter url in it and that site should display inside webpart.. i have used iframe inside webpart but first time website is displayed correctly but when i refresh page it is vanished... does any one have idea how to solve this problem?
