The link and link^ buttons, right? Yeah, it seems to work but interestingly, it only works with a proper URL, if you just use random letters (which was my first test of it) it doesn't do anything.

Nope. That's what I use in FF, too, But in i.e. if you have a link on your clipboard and you select a word or a phrase and hit enter, the entire anchor is created around your selection. Takes about 1/10th the time.

Nope; because they use textcontent instead of innertext.

Hey, that's nifty - yeah, that would be sweet if it worked in FF. Wish in one hand, eh?

The Button works fine with ctrtl -right click/open in new tab, but not with ctrl left click. No prblem, since I never vist Soapbox 2.0 (why would anyone? - its a barren wasteland.), and have a FF bookmark & button shortcut for here. Paste link has always worked for me (FF 3.0.10).

Because you mentioned it I took a look. It appears that it's a poor imitation of the lounge with threads like "Backups - why are they such a PITA?". I wonder if that's what Chris wanted. . . .

People are too unsure of what's allowed in there, so they play it safe and pretty much exclusively do sex jokes.
