OK, I thought Stan had said in the past they have lots of oil but can't get it efficiently out of the ground. I didn't realise they sell you a lot of oil. So, why is Mexico so poor if it has oil to sell ?

Yeah. Stan says lots of things. Mexico is our second largest supplier of oil. Best bet is to assume the opposite of what he say is factual.
