that's why I suggest being able to sell the right to a child
I suggest all humans be sterilized at birth. If one wants to reproduce that person must go through a rigorous genetic testing procedure. After that person passes he/she can purchase a certified Pregnancy Women (which is a profession) to carry the baby until birth. The community will check the new human every month until the education procedure starts.
Well, actually, I think that people on welfare should probably be sterilised. Given that they only produce more people who spend their lives on welfare.

Agreed, they sell their right to reproduce and many other rights when they become a financial burden on the rest of global community.

They are a burden to the local community. The global community has nothing to do with it. We need to either stop them from breeding, or, simply stop paying them to breed. If they had to pay for these kids, they would stop having them.

You're very wrong, and if I remember correctly you only got yours because you scribed for other students. And besides, I've already completed HSC maths and chemistry.

Nobody will consider educated until you have that piece of paper that says you are.

They wouldn't. Without that piece of paper you would have a hard time getting a job even at McDonald's. If you tried to impress them with your smarts they would tell you to get lost.

McDonald's employs people that are at least fourteen. I don't think they expect a high school diploma from them.

Do you ever debate the issue presented in the thread or do you always change the subject to trivial matters? It too late now, this thread was supposed to be for more then 2 other people to participate in.

The subject matter is far too dull. I'd rather talk about neurophysiology or electricity.

In the US, because they don't have the sort of protection for workers that we have, people at McDonalds are usually older, it's just another dead end, low pay job for illegal immigrants.

Ah, OK. Well, at least it IS a job for illegal immigrants, right? I was only talking about in Australia, and I wouldn't work there anyway, although not because I consider it 'below me' or anything. I'm just lazy. ;P

Sure, I got that. As an Aussie who has spent time in the US, I figured I could see what your perspective and his both are, so I jumped in.

Me either.

Really ? I'd say you're far too smart to give your time to people like that. I'm sure you could find better paying work if you needed it.
