how to implement webparts in my project

iam having a project where there is 5 users using in the data base.using their login name and password they can access my project.now i implemented weparts in my project.now a first user login and uses the webparts now how to show the user the same page state for the next login iam using windows authentication where iam not usign any role or profiles etc..how to achieve webparts personalisation without these things
