Problem of AJAX Timer with UpdatePanel

hi all Im using Ajax timer for web site asynchronously loads some details, so when i click one of that item sometimes it display this error,im not using any Resonse.Write(). Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerParserErrorException: The message received from the server could not be parsed. Common causes for this error are when the response is modified by calls to Response.Write(), response filters, HttpModules, or server trace is enabled. Details: Error parsing near ' <!DOCTYPE html PUB'. Pls help me solve this , this is bit urgent Thanks
