Hi, I have a problem with images not appearing consistently in Outlook Express and Outlook e-mail messages. I don't exactly know where to post this query so I post the issue here. I produce a monthly e-mail newsletter for our company designed in html. Once I have designed the newsletter I access the page in Internet Explorer, select all, and copy. I then paste the contents into the e-mail and send to our clients. I completed the latest newsletter and tested it. Everyone has the same problem viewing it using Outlook and Outlook Express -- half the images are not displaying. If I advise our clients to turn off the block images feature in the security settings under options, it displays fine (so I know it's not a problem with our server). There is no problem in yahoo, gmail, rediff etc. How can I solve this problem Thanks Denny

You can't... You have no control over another user's email settings... If you are unhappy about this, print it to a pdf and email it as an attachment... Or email simply a link to your newsletter hosted on a website...

I'm not sure but maybe you can: I guess you put the images in as a link, so the browser has to pick up the images from the server. But you can put your images directly in your email (technically it will be an attachment). In that way outlook read the email including the images. It's worth a try... Realize the emails will get much larger and it only works if you format the email as html. If you're unfamilliar with this: get outlook and make an email with a background-image. Now choose 'save as' and put it on your disk. Finally open the saved email with notepad and start studying.. Rozis
