Binding Data from Dataset to asp table

Hi All, I need to know,In how many ways we can bind our data to asptable? Actually,the requirement is explained as follows: In a shopwebsite,I am planning to show a table which contains 24cells as hours per day and 7 rows as weekdays.In which I need to show opening hours which is getting from the database,as shaded in colors. Take a look at ASP.NET Calendar control, it might be a good candidate writing a time sheet like thing.
