Unpublish expiry application...

hello I have this need to unpublish/lock any software running on client's workstation that's expiring (license expiry). How can I automate the process? Keeping a spread sheet around (with manual expiry date entries) and uninstall software manually is a very error prone process. In fact, how can I with click, "lock" all installed applications for a particular users? What's best way to do this? Any existing software which allows you to do this? Thanks
