I guess there was a caching problem. I saw this, tried to respond and, ironically, it was deleted. I've never deleted any of these posts, nor do any of the posts you're finding with google ever involve me defending eugenics.

I said that on paper, it's a good idea, but it cannot work in the real world. I said the same thing today. I am not in any way in favour of communism, because any attempt to give to people equally, requires a strong government that controls people, which is bad in itself, and which is going to be abused. That's why, prior to Russia proving what a bad idea it is in practice, there were communist parties in many parts of the west, because it sounded good in theory.

LOL - I guess I was having a bad day. SOMETHING needs to be done about people who live on welfare, having 6 kids who also grow up to live on welfare, but obviously there's no way we're going to sterilise them. What we should be doing, is cutting off welfare, so they think about the cost of breeding, and force people who want money from the government, to work for it.
