But if everyone has the same money, then any bank can lend it, and any change in it's value, affects the whole world, not like today, if they could affect currency values, they COULD use that to manipulate countries. Have you thought about this at all ?

The issue is, I was winding you up. Eugenics is about assuming that people are, for example, either criminals or not criminals, based on the idea that different people have different brain structures. I don't think for a moment that anyone should be sterilised. I do think we need to control births amongst welfare recipients, but simply by stopping giving them money to breed. The money is why they breed so much, we need to stop rewarding them.
