Migration from Visual Source Safe to Subversion

Hi, We are planning to migrate our version control (currently Source Safe) to Subversion. I read (and I'm still reading) lots of documentations and how-to's in order to migrate quickly and correctly, but I'd be really interested in hearing some of your experiences. Are there some important things to observe? Did you encounter some bigger problems? aso... Thanks, Phil
