Whatever happened to our centuries- old traditions of freedom? Voltaire called England 'the land of liberty'. Until New Labour materialised, with its intrusive and 'character improving' agenda, that description rang true. The English preferred freedom and tolerance to ideological and religious fanaticism. The currency of our society was common sense. No longer. Common sense has been replaced by officially sanctioned mistrust, mistrust that allows anyone invested with the tiniest bit of authority - often in the form of a high-visibility jacket - to throw their weight around. Britain is now a place where terror laws have been used by councils to spy on people breaching smoking bans, making a fraudulent application for a Police routinely stop anyone who photographs a public building, in one instance deleting the pictures taken by a 69-year-old Austrian tourist who admired the architecture of Vauxhall bus station. And in Edinburgh, a swimming pool attendant stopped the 85-year-old mother of TV presenter Nicky Campbell from taking pictures of her grandchildren. These stories have become part of our national life - and there are thousands of them each year. I know this because my researcher trawls local and national newspapers for examples every morning. What they add up to is a depressing account of a nation infantilised by micro-management and fear. An institutionalized pessimism has taken over. The clear message of Government is that we are incapable of managing our lives and must be watched and regulated by ministers and civil servants from dawn to dusk. WAKE UP SLAVES!!!!!!!

I've heard this before, it is also quite obvious, but as it points out, it is done by stealth. Make a search on google for "conspiracy theories". Obviously, there are some retarded theories made up by retarded people, but there is a lot about how the goverments use stealth, etc. Also, the american goverment has access to the CCTV cameras in the UK, as the prime minister signed a 'secret' deal with the american goverment, using terrorism as the *excuse* sorry, reason.
If everything was not true, would it be not true that everything is not true? So by saying everything is not true, you are automatically denying that everything is not true. Im so confused... FreeDOS - An open source modern MS-DOS/PC-DOS replacement.

Especially the Daily Mail... funny how when Ilíon and CSS post the whole "slaves/sheeple" thing, it's always a sensationalist Daily Mail article.

Yeah, but if it's in print, it MUST be true, right ?

*grin* Have you seen A7X live ? I have, in CSS's home town actually, but he was not there b/c he's scared to go outdoors.

3 times :) 1st time was a little weak due to Shadow's ongoing issues with his vocal cords, 2nd he'd recovered fully and screamed his head off which was awesome, and they did their homage to Dimebag Darrell with "Walk", 3rd was a good culmination of everything they've done, they even did a track from Seventh Trumpet! By far in a way my favourite band. Twice at the London Astoria (which is gone now *sadface*), and another at Brixton. I was hoping to catch them at Sonisphere this year too, but that clashed with something else I had to do.

The people at Daily Mail have their heads screwed on strait. People like you totally block out anything they don't want to hear or read. You are living in it though. Its fucking weird how you people can live like that, then say it doesn't exist when you are confronted with it. I seen an interview with a Englishman who had a business, and he was asked what he thought about the millions of cameras all over the place, and he said he knew nothing about them. The guy doing the interview pointed up at a cluster of cameras right above them, and the Englishman was like "wow [laugh] I didn't know those were there".

 Do you have any idea the type of reputation that the Dail Mail and Mail on Sunday have in the UK?

I believe they have a reputation for printing things that CSS would agree with. What more does he need to cite from them as an authority?

Yeah, last time I heard, they believe that Google pay for illegal immigrants to enter the country without paying taxes, provided that they supply Google with personal information and destabilise the housing market, corrupting (not that we haven't already done this) banking and killing the global economy so that the EU will die, the Tories can take over and Google can rule the world from the shadows ;)

I do give a damn thank you very much:mad: I was basically only making a comment on the subject, you just try to argue. I have noticed you do this with almost every reply or post.

I'm surprised he hasnt accused them of actually trying to make people believe them to try and distract everyone from discovering the truth, etc.
