Gridview Paging using AJAX textslider showing inconsistent behaviour

Hi I am using AJAX Text Slider in Grid View. When i click on Next page it works fine. When i click on First button again it does not show record count (Row command event does not get fired) and grid paging behavior becomes very inconsistent. Please help me with this problem
