Problem with Panel

Hello all, I have used panel around GridView in my application so as to display scrollbars in GridView. Problem is when my GridView has few records, it doesn't need those scrollbars but they are still displayed. What can i do so that scrollbars don't display when GridView don't have many records? try setting ScrollBars="Auto" for Panel. :-D
