        The problem is with the type of database you are using. Oh hang on you haven't specified it. I think it migh be the fist step you tried. Oh hang on, haven't said what you have tried. Oh hang on this isn't the DB forum.

          Your question is not clear. May be i can help if you answer the following. "Do you want some code through which you can take backup programatically. Similary restore an existing backed-up DB." And are you using 'SQL Server' db ? :confused:

              If you want a complete program, you can buy one. If you want complete source code, you should ask on the job board for someone to write it for you. Be careful, the web is full of people who claim to be programmers and are not, they just take your bid then ask people in online forums like this to do the work for them.
