I've been noticing some new names here: welcome. I *also* notice increasing numbers of posts by some of the "community" -- you know, certain fools who like to dish insult and invective (frequently unearned) but can't abide getting any of it back -- and who, being sissy-bullies, dramatically flounced off to their own private .... hmmm, Idaho? So, what? Paradise gettin' boring? All that "grown-up" talk (i.e. fart jokes, mostly, right?) not so grown-up, after all?

Actually, I find it fascinating. I raise the same points in both forums and have interesting and intelligent discussion in the private forum, and a flood of ignorance and insults in this one. I post in this one because it makes me laugh, and in the other one because it makes me think.

You are a bad man CG, you like winding up the trolls. It is amusing to watch as they fail to respond with sensible, logical argument and resort to moronic insult and mindless repetition of unsubstantiated opinion based on a pathetic world view. Keep up the good work.

What's amusing is that someone could be so dumb, they don't even realise 1 - the rules of debate ( you address each others points, not just flood them with copy and paste text ) 2 - insults are not a reasonable response, they are a sign of losing 3 - saying the same thing over and over, does not make it true and saying it the same way over and over, will not convince anyone who was not convinced the first time

Example. "You raise an interesting point, but I cannot see on what evidence you base your opinion upon, could you enlighten me as to the source of your view?" "Do your own research!" Now I assume you did a degree, and you know as well as I that you ALWAYS cite your sources so that the reader can go check for himself, "Trust Me" is not a valid point. Unfortunately Ilidiot has never done a degree, otherwise he would understand how to express himself in a verifiable manner.

Funny enough, I didn't even finish high school ( I was kicked out of home ). However, having taught myself programming to a professional level, and having worked at a university, and being well read on a variety of subjects, I know full well that if you present a point of view, you need to back it up. That was my complaint with his video I watched on the secret societies and stuff, it made a lot of outlandish claims, but never once offered proof, and the exchange you suggest is exactly what happened. 'where is the evidence of these claims' 'do your own research' 'but if someone makes a video to convince me of something, why doesn't IT tell me where to look ?' 'you're an idiot'

Actually, where-ever you''ve questioned any of my claims, i have backed them up. It just tends not to get to that. You just call me names, because we start with you making claims, and I'm the one shooting them down.

Well, there are bigger and bigger gaps between his posts. Is he researching, thinking about what we said, or just shaking and trembling with rage to the point that he cannot type ? Is he mad at us, or (rightly) himself ?
