At long last I finally found the rule book for posting in the Soapbox/Back Room. It really is nothing new. We've seen all these tried and true techniques used in here time and time again. But to have them all written out in one handy reference is nice. How to argue in the Soapbox/Back Room.[^]

Isn't this how most people argue in general? It goes something like this: I'm an expert, therefore I know more than you and you should do as I say. Here's a bunch of links. Here are my credentials. See how many degrees I have. Look at me... look at me... blah blah blah. This is at least how it appears to me arguments normally go on news channels.
