FTP issues today

Anybody else experiencing FTP connection issues today? It worked fine yesterday but today I can't get a single ftp site connection, except for an internal ftp server. I have reset the dsl router and modem to no avail. The strange thing is I am having the same problem on another workstation that accesses the outside world over a different dsl connection, however, this workstation can connect to my ftp server through the internet, but no others. Could this be an ISP issue? I can't believe that all the ftp sites in my ws ftp pro are not available.:confused:
