Hi.I wanted to know how to incorporate an html code along with css and images into an existing master page of a share point site? Let me tell you that i'm using WSS 3.0 and not MOSS.I'm giving this post after thorough search in Google and some other sites. Specifically i need to know where this html tags to be placed inside the master page and how to deal with the content place holders of master page, using Share point designer. Thanks in Advance.

You can use a 'Content Editor Web Part' for your HTML code. I use them all the time for our Sharepoint sites. You may want to check out this link, http://www.endusersharepoint.com/ for some great information. Hope this helps.
