I completed my personal web page. and I hosted that in a free webhosting site. Now my Problem is 1. How to show my web page content topmost in Search Engine like Google, Yahoo, Msn etc... 2. I m searching my website name then also i can't search in any above search engine.

Pay them. Modern search engines are not as easy to fool, and if there is a way, you'd use it today and someone else would use it to be above you tomorrow.
