Hi, I have just switched to IIS 6.0 in windows server 2003 sp2 from IIS 5.1 in Windows xp ,I have problems with configuring the website on the IIS , I have given the directory path, given it IP address ,given default document. but when I try to access the website through IP address the website opens. but when I try to enter the userid and password in my website( I am using SQL SERVER 2005), I get an error: SELECT permission denied on object 'table_name', database 'my_database', schema 'dbo' Any help shall be appreciated. I hope this is the correct forum to post!

    Thanks Shankbond

Has the Database also been migrated. In case you have just add give the appropriate permissions to the DB user Id you are using in the connection string
