As I understand it this link you provided describes how to use multiple JVMs on a single machine. You now want to develop this software. So what help do you expect from the Code Project?

i want from source project how to develop this software and how to write the code or can anyone help me in developing this software . in other words i wantcode for developing it

Sorry, but I don't think you will get it. If you need suggestions of how to develop particular types of project then try searching the articles. If you want someone to write the code for you then you need to advertise in the jobs forum and be prepared to pay for it. These forums are here to assist you when you have developed the code but come up against a particular problem, but not to do the work for you.
