Because they know the west will pay for them to have 97 children each and not have to worry about how the fuck they are going to pay for them and when a man dies his wife belongs to the guys brother and there is a lot of tribalism in governement and they are all corrupt and uneducated and that whenever the west gets involved they all sit on their collectective arses and do nothing. Suggestion... The west do Fuck All For Africa. Pull out, let them starve, and when they bitch, send them condoms and spades, tell them to work out what needs to be done. One day they will advance to the Century of the Fruit Bat and stop being a stone age continent relying on the rest of the world.
