Alex Jones is a wingnut. Listening to him is a form of entertainment, all be it a bad form. The article is very interesting in how in breaks up and almost chronicles the attitude going on in the country right now in politics. I've pretty much stopped watching TV because of people like Beck and the Fake News Channel. People like CSS and Illion want to feel special by telling us all this stuff that isn't true. The hero off to save us all. Don't kill the messenger they say. The only difference between the two of them that I see is Illion is quite as belligerent and extreme as CSS when it comes to conspiracy theories. TV was always best used for educational use. Discovery and History Channel are my favorites ;P .

Did you even read the actual article? Your little AJ post basically boils down to, "These guys don't agree with us, and they're talking about us, so they must be part of the evil conspiracy!" The article states facts. It lists the beliefs of the AJists (And others), and theorizes that these movements MAY lead to violence. It then cites one incident that bordered on violence, and one that led to the deaths of several policemen. If you want to debate this article, why don't you quote from the actual article, instead of quoting your buddy Alex's spin on it. Here's that link again, in case you can't find it in my previous post: Main Article[^] Sub-Section on Alex Jones[^] Sub-Section on the Oath Keepers[^]

Nah, I stick with HBO and Sci-Fi (Which inexplicably calls itself "SyFy" now)... The less realistic, the better. I get my news from the web, from as many different sources as possible.

Generally speaking, pick any two and you have someone referred to by the article.

This is what's got me concerned with the current bend in politics right now and media. JFK was killed rather easily by some wack job and Obama could just as easily. It only takes one wing nut to come loose to do it.

Here's a question: Who all would be left in government if you had your way, or better yet, who'd replace those who were gone?

Really? Well, time for a simple text search, among the main article and all of the sub-articles...

Zero occurrences. I could go on, but I think it's pretty clear that you haven't read the article at all, and are basing all of your assumptions on Alex's spin.

Once you get to delusional, the others quickly fall into place. :) I think that was CSS's start point, well his tipping point anyhow. Being an uneducated lout was his starting point.
