Looks like a brain dead opinion piece with next to no actual basis in anything that matters. So what ? your use of terms like 'that fool' show that you'd complain whatever he did, so who cares about your opinion ( that is, he sure doesn't, seeing as it won't change, no matter what he does )

I admit, your stock reply that you use to avoid any sort of discussion, is a lot less offensive than CSS. Of course, I could write a program in about 5 minutes that was as capable of discussion as you are, but that's fine.

It's official, every word he speaks is wrong to you guys. An acknowledgment that he believes they deserve the 'honor' is now an insult?
You're not capable of comprehension, are you? Even when what you're refusing to comprehend is explicitly spelled out.
Note to the Great Diplomat: When you do a head of state an honor, you don't remind him, in public, of the fact that you have done him an honor, particularly in self-aggrandizing terms of this sort.
Or, to put it more bluntly, "I honor you by noticing you" is to insult.

What I'm saying is it doesn't strike me as an insult, it seems to me that announcing it is intended to point out the honor, say to your typical American idiot.
