masterpage and publishing page layout

Hello all i have created one custom master and i have created one publishing page layout page. how can i apply my custom master page to this publishing page layout page? thanks navneeth

Site Actions -> Site Settings - > Modify All Site Settings - > under look and feel click on Master Page ,then you can specify a master page to be used by this site and sites that inherit from it that's it.
