It is typically used to vilify, embarrass or misrepresent the enemy." (From the article you linked) So what you're saying is that this conference was actually organized by the folks on YOUR side (The ones who don't believe in global warming), in order to make the scientific community look bad? It's a nice thought, but I think you're using the wrong term.

You don't understand the term "Black Propaganda" at all. Let me sum it up... Black Propaganda = Pretending to be the opposing side and distributing false information to discredit them. So you're saying this is actually all a staged political move by the folks trying to discredit the global warming theory. I suggest you choose a different term.

O.K. I know I'm probably being stoopid actually touching on issues here but you know what with being a stubborn old die hard its a just a bad habit of mine. Given that the track record of actually implementing green house commitments is atrocious, regardless of promises made. What you have is a whole group of people who are trying to some extent to pull in the same direction. A lot of whom will actually be doing it for voter sound bites and as an excuse to raise taxes. You have to remember most businesses actually love the whole green thing as they get to charge for stuff that they would never get away with previously. As to specifics lets face it you have carbon offsets which are a joke, a complex and not very funny joke but a complete joke all the same. One that is constantly accused of being a way of richer countries and industries being allowed to continue polluting at the expense of the poorer. Finally you have the arbitrary 1990 baseline. There is no evidence that the 1990 baseline is a good or even reasonably sustainable baseline it is just a baseline. Then you have the politicians playing one upmanship seeing who can make the best sound bite reductions against the arbitrary baseline apart from the Americans etc whose best proposal is a four percent reduction on the 1990 baseline. ( I'm not being harsh here this is not only true but likely to be the only achieveable offer on the table ) So the question is ... What's your problem? ( Include real world examples in your response not made up bs. )

He's not going to get it. He'll keep trying to somehow justify his use of the term. Even though it is used completely wrong. But it sounds more evil than "plain propaganda." In today's case of CSS "not getting it" we have him using a term he doesn't understand to paint something as much worse than it is and managing to screw it up so much he even links to the definition without reading it. CSS: Black ops are operations which involve wetwork (that means killing) and are not officially sanctioned by the agencies involved. They are usually ugly and often cause a high amount of "collateral damage" or are surgical and would be typically called assassinations. Making a video to convince people of something with propaganda is not a black ops operation. It can be done with simple bribery. Oh and next time, read the effing article you link and try to grasp the consept before spouting off nonsense.

Yeah, they are pretending to be on the side of humanity, while making humans out to be the enemy. Its just how they use squalene in the vaccines to make the person's immune system attack the body its supposed to protect. This is whats happening on a society as a whole.

Read the definition again. You're still not getting it. If I pretended to be a Ron Paul supporter, and went out preaching that everyone should obey the word of Ron, bow before him, and worship him as a deity, THAT would be "Black Propaganda." On the surface, I would appear to be a Ron Paul supporter, but I would also look like a complete nutjob, hence discrediting the real Ron Paul supporters. In this instance... If this were Black Propaganda, that would mean that the anti-AGW people are pretending to be human-assisted global warming advocates, and are doing this to intentionally make them look foolish. That would mean that this conference was made by the anti-AGW people. Understand yet? I'm not bothering to debate the issue, but "Black Propaganda" is entirely the wrong term. Admit your mistake and move on.
