So this keeps happening. I have the standard toolstripcontainer, utilizing multiple toolstrips (toolbars). Whenever I re-open the form designer, the toolstrips re-arrange themselves and increase the height of the underlying dock panel. Anyone know how to keep them from rearranging themselves?
