I'd like to propose the following as many of us work in places where YouTube is blocked. If you are going to post a link to YouTube, provide a short synopsis. Otherwise most of the treads here are worthless to those without access.

Unfortunately, the ones that need to follow your suggestion the most, only understand posts that are a YouTube link. Sorry. :)
