Banner doesn't work

The devexpress banner (on the left, the small one under bob) seems to be malfunctioning. When hovering it, the mouse changes to a hand but clicking doesn't do anything, also no url is shown at the bottom when hovering. Also noticed it with the top banner once but can't seem to reproduce it there. Noticed on Web19 Using Chrome

Thank you for pointing this out, these ones slipped by me. The banners have been stopped and the client has been contacted.
