You don't even know what a wide view is, what the hell do you mean "a victim of groupthink"? You bash my show. You bash the people here. You bash me personally. You don't have a "wide view", you have a "closed, violent view". If you were physical enough, and on the other side of the spectrum, you'd be on the crusade in Iraq and Afghanistan yourself. It's people like you that cause the chaos in the world. You're not thinking things out for yourself, you're letting infowars do it for you. This conversation is over. Good luck to you, Darth.

Its called thinking outside the box of concrete, wires, and fancy imagery you live in. Expand your way of thinking into the greater world, and really try to understand how it all works. Take into account everything you possibly can and find structure and patterns. Its what astronomers, physicists and likes of Einstein do.

Groupthink defined Groupthink is a type of thought exhibited by group members who try to minimize conflict and reach consensus without critically testing, analyzing, and evaluating ideas. Individual creativity, uniqueness, and independent thinking are lost in the pursuit of group cohesiveness, as are the advantages of reasonable balance in choice and thought that might normally be obtained by making decisions as a group.[1] During groupthink, members of the group avoid promoting viewpoints outside the comfort zone of consensus thinking. A variety of motives for this may exist such as a desire to avoid being seen as foolish, or a desire to avoid embarrassing or angering other members of the group. Groupthink may cause groups to make hasty, irrational decisions, where individual doubts are set aside, for fear of upsetting the group’s balance. The term is frequently used pejoratively, with hindsight.

LOL!!! You send me to a link of where Groupthink is defined, and then REDEFINE IT in a later post! You, my dear friend, you are just brilliant. So! I don't think outside of the box! And I have a show where I've gotten letters that state that I'm insane because I'm too outside of the box! Dude, get a life. Think for yourself. Stop this nonsense. You're bashing someone who would agree with you AND disagree with you, while you're agreeing to EVERYTHING THAT INFOWARS SAYS!!! Rethink what you've said. Not everything is not what it seems: meaning, take things with a grain of salt; investigate, think for yourself, and see if there really are things going on that are wrong. Stop bashing me, idiot. Because that's all you're doing, is bashing. You are baseless, as usual.

I did not redefine it. I copied and pasted directly from Wikipedia. You have become extremely irrational and are making poor judgments.

Really? So I'm an arrogant fool, basically? Can I see why? Or are you just going to slander me? Because at the moment, that is all it is, an insult. How am I a populist? Because I totally disagree with you, and I've disagreed with many people here, many times. Populist, indeed. Either show me where I'm wrong, or shut up.

He can't. He's now in a transfering phase. I've noticed it is like a lunar cycle or something. Transfers what he is onto other people, mocks them for it and somehow act superior. (calling you a follower when Uncle Alex is his cult leader) "Your mom" Where he goes after some insult he has noticed works on the person. If they ignore the insults he tries a new one. (calling you stupid) Strawman where he changes their argument to one he can attack and acts like that is what they always said. (you want big government...blahblahblah) Totally unknown irony, where he states something is one thing, even though the definition is the opposite and he latches onto his world view and refuses to acknowledge the fact that the tuth is about a 180 degree from what he is saying. (black propaganda) or Just plain batguano crazy. Completely incapable of spouting anything not said by some conspiracy site somewhere. (yea... do I gotta type this in?)

I'm not saying, "redefine", as in making your own definition. All I meant was that you defined it in the post. Sorry you mistook that. Otherwise, obviously, my position stands. Come on CSS, you can do it. Make another post on how ridiculous I am, and "all of them". Continue, I implore you.

Feel free to examine how groupthink works with you and the sites you copy and paste articles from. Now pay attention to the fact that if we point out the problems with the articles, you ignore them and simply call us names. Hey, you know that kettle you called black? Yea, it's got a mirror for you Mr. Pot.

So you mean me, and you think AGW posts are brainless repetetive crap. Or is it just that coming from me they are brainless repetetive crap? Well, not everyone agrees with you, so dont think you speak for all.

It's interesting to me that you made this all about you, when you were the last thing on the collective mind. But, yes, the endless AGW is repetitive, and while I'm not saying none of it is true, the manner of delivery and it's constant stream, denegrates it into crap, I am afraid.

I feel honoured, I assume that you learned what groupthink is by looking it up after I mentioned it. Leave your money on the fridge. Of course, it doesn't remotely apply in this situation.

You are going to have to have a much wider perspective on life if you ever want to fully wake up. You are a victim of Groupthink. Its easier for you that way.

Symptoms indicative of Groupthink: 1. Illusions of invulnerability creating excessive optimism and encouraging risk taking. 2. Rationalizing warnings that might challenge the group's assumptions. 3. Unquestioned belief in the morality of the group, causing members to ignore the consequences of their actions. 4. Stereotyping those who are opposed to the group as weak, evil, biased, spiteful, disfigured, impotent, or stupid. 5.Direct pressure to conform placed on any member who questions the group, couched in terms of "disloyalty". 6. Self censorship of ideas that deviate from the apparent group consensus. 7. Illusions of unanimity among group members, silence is viewed as agreement. 8. Mind guards — self-appointed members who shield the group from dissenting information. I am still awaiting your identification of these symptoms on this forum.
