Content Migration: Source and Destination SPFile under Document Library have different lengths of a few bytes.

For a split-second I was thinking this may have got to do with sector size, but if it was the difference would be of a multiple of the sector size. My questions are: a. what causes this? b. what tolerance should i use to say that files are still the same. Many thanks. sample:
