Precisely the whole point of the freedom movement. Theoretically we're the land of the free, but nobody has experienced said freedom. Everyone is bombarded with false media, a growing police state, etc. Things will come full circle soon, because they have to. It's just the natural course of things. You'll see a revolt of some sort here in the states soon, i'm almost certain of it.

No chance. The number of people who are disgruntled is not really changing, and their ability to do something about it is not increasing.

No things will continue as they are. Too many people have too much invested in the current state of play to let a few conspiracy nuts start a revolution. You're probably certain of it because you choose to spend your time with like minded people. I doubt if the number of people you come into contact with is statistically significant given the size of the US population. In what time frame do you think this revolution will occur?

Not to be a total dick, but how long will it take before you feel like the goofy guy with a sign saying 'The end is nigh'? As someone who's actually looked into police states, fascist powers, and pretty much read enough history to guess when a real revolution is brewing, I've got to say this country is far to fat and happy to even consider it now. Teabaggers are about the closest aspect of the country to trying anything, and frankly they're about the bottom of the barrel of American society(on average, I've met maybe three reasonably intelligent ones, but they still couldn't actually defend supporting Palin). Once food shortages start, THEN I'll believe you. Hell, then I'll probably join in. But the problem is it's not going to happen unless the people in charge are even stupider than they appear, they do seem quite talented at saving their own hide. There simply isn't enough real issue here, there's a lot of potential, and it's a good reason to use proper political channels to fix things before some idiot without a sense of self-preservation(or possibly possessing a messiah complex) decides to exploit them. But the usage thus far has been between ineffective and non-existent, at worst embarrassing for the authorities and at best marginally effective. That's just not revolution material.

I'd agree with you on this point. The TV is the worst part of western society, it's made many people lazy, and made them not exercise or look up information on their own.

The way you put this, you're saying that you must support someone in order to be assumed a good part of society. Specifically in this case, you're saying that Teabaggers have to support Palin to be a good part of society. I obviously just flat out disagree with you here. I support Ron Paul, the one who started this whole movement. Neoconservatives have started trying to hijack the movement, at this place in Tennessee. Palin isn't freedom loving, so how can any freedom lover support Palin? She supports "preventive wars", which just isn't a part of our original culture.

Actually, no. I don't. I spend my time with people who don't do much of anything, they work for hourly wages, and I've known them all of my life.

I'd say the number of people I contact is definitely significant. Almost 100 percent of the people I know are like-minded to you.

I love how all of you call me a conspiracy nut. Hilarity. The funny thing is, and I've said this many times before: Revolutions really only start with only 3 percent of populations. You just need enough like-minded people to enact change, not everyone. If you want everyone, you're asking for too much, and it's totally unnecessary anyway.
