INF file installtion

Hi All, I have a inf file which I want to install. It is getting install properly with windows XP but in WIndows Vista I am getting error while installing command line. rundll32 syssetup,SetupInfObjectInstallAction DefaultInstall 128 .\myinf.inf I am getting "Installtion Error" message box. What might be the problem.

Absolutely anything, "Installation Error" gives no clue as to what might go wrong, or where in the installation process it failed.

You can use the SetupAPI Log File[^] to debug the device installation. Best Wishes, -David Delaune
