He didn't murder them, they got out just fine. But he set fire to the place while the were inside. So am I to assume you approve of the rest, theft, attempted murder and destruction of property?

No. His complaints were legitimate but his actions were that of an enraged madman.

The propaganda machine is jumping on the opportunity to demonize the patriot/tea-party/constitutionalist movement. I'm seeing a lot of comments like this: “Not a single one of you is concerned that one of your own just committed an act of domestic terror. You are already attacking the messenger and they have not even brought the message in yet.” “These “anti-government” right wing hate machines really need to realize that violence will be done by their followers. People like Beck think about ratings, but when you tell enough people that the “government is out to get them” , sooner or later some of these people will decide to strike first. We will see more domestic terrorism. People like the posters here need to accept responsibility to police themselves. You preach hate and destroying your enemies “foreign or domestic” and people will start blowing up innocent people because of the message you preach. YOU did this, and I;ve no doubt more blood will be spilled because of you. Right wingers have a terrible (actually worse the dems) record of fiscal responsibility, small government, and unobtrusive gov: yet you are yelling that America is being attacked by democrats in this area. Refer to comments[^]

Another inside job? I get that feeling. I mean, it doesn't take one small airplane to blow up an IRS building. It looks like the destruction of at least five bombs honestly. Of course, I have no proof. But that's just my assessment.

I had to quote this so you couldn't change it later without proof. Go look up Bourgeoisie. Nevermind, I'll do it for you. Marxism defines the bourgeoisie as the social class that owns the means of production in a capitalist society. Marxism views the group as emerging from the wealthy urban classes in pre- and early capitalist societies. Wealthy = rich. class that owns the means of production = powerful. The rant is against taxes not because they aren't fair. It is against them because they were designed to keep the rich rich and the rest screwed. It's a huge rant against capitalism and it even ends with an amazingly transparent pro-communist line.

This is the last words of the guy who stole a plane and crashed it into the IRS building in Austin. It came from here[^] but it has just been disabled. Well Mr. Big Brother IRS man... take my pound of flesh and sleep well. If you’re reading this, you’re no doubt asking yourself, “Why did this have to happen?” The simple truth is that it is complicated and has been coming for a long time. The writing process, started many months ago, was intended to be therapy in the face of the looming realization that there isn’t enough therapy in the world that can fix what is really broken. Needless to say, this rant could fill volumes with example after example if I would let it. I find the process of writing it frustrating, tedious, and probably pointless… especially given my gross inability to gracefully articulate my thoughts in light of the storm raging in my head. Exactly what is therapeutic about that I’m not sure, but desperate times call for desperate measures. We are all taught as children that without laws there would be no society, only anarchy. Sadly, starting at early ages we in this country have been brainwashed to believe that, in return for our dedication and service, our government stands for justice for all. We are further brainwashed to believe that there is freedom in this place, and that we should be ready to lay our lives down for the noble principals represented by its founding fathers. Remember? One of these was “no taxation without representation”. I have spent the total years of my adulthood unlearning that crap from only a few years of my childhood. These days anyone who really stands up for that principal is promptly labeled a “crackpot”, traitor and worse. While very few working people would say they haven’t had their fair share of taxes (as can I), in my lifetime I can say with a great degree of certainty that there has never been a politician cast a vote on any matter with the likes of me or my interests in mind. Nor, for that matter, are they the least bit interested in me or anything I have to say. Why is it that a handful of thugs and plunderers can commit unthinkable atrocities (and in the case of the GM executives, for scores of years) and when it’s time for their gravy train to crash under the weight of their gluttony and overwhelming stupidity, the force of the full federal government has no difficulty coming to their aid within days if

And here's the summary! 1) Man tries to outsmart IRS (Legally). Makes mistakes, gets audited, gets fined 2) Tax code changes, removing loophole man was using to save on taxes. Man gets pissed and tries to get it changed back. Spends lots of money he can't afford to spare. 3) Economy goes south (As it tends to do now and then), man gets screwed, has no backup because spent entire life savings on tax evasion and campaigning 4) Ten years later, economy goes south again (.com bubble burst), man almost goes bankrupt again 5) Man moves to Texas, unemployed, makes ANOTHER mistake on his taxes by not filing at all, gets audited and fined 6) Man learns lesson, hires uninsured accountant (Oops!). Accountant screws up. Man gets audited and fined again 7) Man has nervous breakdown 8) Man sets house on fire, with family inside 9) Man flies plane into IRS building The guy was a software engineer, a contractor working on airplanes... Hmm... Did he ever consider... Oh, I don't know... Trying another part of the industry? I mean, after the first two times he got screwed because the airline industry went broke, you think he'd adapt. Anyway... He screwed up his taxes three times, he got screwed by three recessions and a divorce, and he went ballistic and crashed a plane into a building. Not sure whether to cheer him on, pity him, or just not care. Granted, he started out wrong, but in the end, it sounds like he mainly just got screwed.

Proud to have finally moved to the A-Ark. Which one are you in?

He read it, but, somehow, does not agree. He seems like a decent guy, so I assume he's genuinely thinking that the classic definition of communism, that was basically it's sales pitch, is used here as a criticism.

Another inside job? I get that feeling. I mean, it doesn't take one small airplane to blow up an IRS building. It looks like the destruction of at least five bombs honestly. Of course, I have no proof. But that's just my assessment.

I can't say it was an inside job, but they will certainly leverage it against us. It will be the talking point of the likes of Distdn and the other tyranny loving jackasses.

If that isn't pro-communist, I am not sure what is. Grats, commie.

Oh, someone shoot me. I'm sorry, you seem like a decent and sincere guy, but anyone who thinks that the US government is committing acts of terrorism on it's own soil, for whatever reason, is obviously delusional.

What, the fact that some people in your nutball movement act on their nutjob tendencies and kill innocents will be used against you ? That's just shocking !!!!

Communism actually has never been practised on earth, because that is not it's goal, in theory. In practice, power corrupts. I'd expect you to know this because it plays right into a lot of the things you love to talk about.
