I wonder how their kids feel about the government now?

"But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security." Surely it is their legal right to do these things?

To do what? Kidnap people's children because they told them that the government is not to be trusted? You don't trust anyone but family and close friends. You don't trust strangers with authority, especially with your kids.

15 Common Defense Mechanisms By John M. Grohol, Psy.D. In some areas of psychology (especially in psychodynamic theory), psychologists talk about “defense mechanisms,” or manners in which we behave or think in certain ways to better protect or “defend” ourselves. Defense mechanisms are one way of looking at how people distance themselves from a full awareness of unpleasant thoughts, feelings and behaviors. ... 13. Sublimation Sublimation is simply the channeling of unacceptable impulses, thoughts and emotions into more acceptable ones. For instance, when a person has sexual impulses they would like not to act upon, they may instead focus on rigorous exercise. Refocusing such unacceptable or harmful impulses into productive use helps a person channel energy that otherwise would be lost or used in a manner that might cause the person more anxiety. Sublimation can also be done with humor or fantasy. Humor, when used as a defense mechanism, is the channeling of unacceptable impulses or thoughts into a light-hearted story or joke. Humor reduces the intensity of a situation, and places a cushion of laughter between the person and the impulses. Fantasy, when used as a defense mechanism, is the channeling of unacceptable or unattainable desires into imagination. For example, imagining one’s ultimate career goals can be helpful when one experiences temporary setbacks in academic achievement. Both can help a person look at a situation in a different way, or focus on aspects of the situation not previously explored. http://psychcentral.com/lib/2007/15-common-defense-mechanisms/[^]

I'm already familiar with ego defence mechanisms. There is, however, another much simpler explanation for why I'm laughing at you.

I would argue that proportionately most of that is done by people employed by foster care services and CPS.

Do they list insulting people, ending a discussion, or just waiting a day to repeat your assertions as if nothing happened as examples of this ?

Interesting that you try to insult Ravel by asking if he smokes dope, but the people you're posting about, are mostly activists for legal dope.

 That's true! I hadn't even thought of that. I find it hilarious that he trusts InfoWars so uncritically despite the fact that it affiliates itself with colloidal silver and "secret herbal remedies".

Neither the police nor the CPS seized Zachary Brandon Johnson for any such reason. He was visiting his father, David Johnson, on Spring Break. His father filed a restraining order on Barry and Candice Cooper, preventing them from accessing his son Zachary. The CPS investigation relates solely to McKenzie Cooper, their major concern being the use of marijuana in the home.
