I've been in your town, and they wouldn't even take traveller's checks! I got a nice burrito and a six pack of Corona for my puka shell anklet, though:-) "Another day done; all targets met; all systems fully operational; all customers satisfied; all staff keen and well motivated; all pigs fed and ready to fly." - Jennie Agard, McGuckin Hardware Systems Manager
 That sounds like a "I know where you live and I've seen where you sleep" put-down. :-D When's the last time you were up this way? Jon Sagara The world is my burrito.

So they took me down to the gallows And this boy, he said to me: "Why do you smile, when the rope's around your neck?" I said, "I tell you boy, when i get back..."

It's been over 20 years since I was there. My little brother attended SLO, and during Christmas break while visiting family down south, he was killed by a drunk driver. I sorta wigged out for a time, and took to the road, touring my way north along the coast going nowhere. Wanderjur, or something like that, I think they call it - a time out from the world to find oneself... I did, thanks in part to your neck of the woods.:) "Another day done; all targets met; all systems fully operational; all customers satisfied; all staff keen and well motivated; all pigs fed and ready to fly." - Jennie Agard, McGuckin Hardware Systems Manager

Can't say i do, Brian. One thing i've noticed in my short career as a programmer, is that while i am coding, i *rarely* need to move cattle around. But in a previous job, and while growing up, this was more of a daily activity and thus often necessitated convincing cows who had walked into areas they shouldn't have that it was in their own best interest to back back out of them. And thus i learned the secret to successful conflict negotiations is a good thick piece of oak...
