      Well - if I were you, I'd start by working out what the underlying algorithm is for calculating the holidays. With so many practicing muslims the world over, I'm guessing that they aren't just the whim of a random group of people.

        For the holidays you would have to know when they are in one or other calendar, but converting between calendars has been done before. Not sure if this is the correct calendar, but a good start point is this Code Project article - Convert date from Hijri Calendar to Gregorian Calendar and vise versa[^]
