Issue with the right panel in QA

Have a look at this[^] question. The panel in the right side (with the Search, Filter, Tool etc. etc) is placed too high, so it goes above the banner and all the way to the white strip at the top, making it impossible to click the links there. Happens on Firefox 3.6.6 (haven't checked on other browsers)

Well happens with me too... IE8 But only with this question... probably some HTML content in question or so.
