Where to publish a short article

I need a place to publish an article about problems in development in fed shops. Suggestions?

I would start by reading the guidelines[^] on article submission. Then look for an appropriate section/subsection and post your article either via the wizard (and await peer review and comments) or use the email submission process whereby the article goes direct to one of the editors.
