Nice attempt at a redirect, but it's not going to work. You keep talking about increasing area... But if the area increases and the thickness drops, well then is there MORE ice or less? THAT's what matters when talking about the ice caps. The amount of ice that is on the cap instead of adding to sea levels.

    fat_boy wrote:

What actually matters is temperature. And the Antarctic has ben getting colder for 60 years, and sea ice has been increasing.

You're using increased AREA to imply decreased temperatures... Like I said, VOLUME is what matters. Do you have any evidence of colder temperatures besides the surface area of the ice sheets, or are we done here?

    fat_boy wrote:

As for the rest of mu points you didnt contradict them, can I take this as implicit agreement?

No, I just don't feel like discussing the same old crap with you over and over again, so I'm just picking one point to comment on. Honestly, I don't know why I bother... This is like trying to talk sense to CSS... Utterly pointless.

No, I am using raw station data form Antarctic to state that temperatures are decreasing. And I am not going to send you the link again.

This one, though it does seem to resemble another recent argument. You're claiming that to be a "global phenomenon", it has to affect everything. I'm saying it only indicates that the effect is in multiple parts of the globe, instead of confined to one region.

So human recorded history = Scottish recoded history? That's what I mean - you make broad sweeping statements that when challenged you have to retract. BTW is there a temperature record that stretches back to the beginning of even Scottish recorded history?

                      A. Who or what is the official that legislates definitions? :) B. You missed the  or you have no sense of humor. C. An official definition of moron: "Moron" was coined in 1910 by psychologist Henry H. Goddard from the Ancient Greek word μωρός (moros), which meant "dull" (as opposed to "sharp"), and used to describe a person with a mental age in adulthood of between 8 and 12 on the Binet scale. It was once applied to people with an IQ of 51-70, being superior in one degree to "imbecile" (IQ of 26-50) and superior in two degrees to "idiot" (IQ of 0-25). Since my mental age on the Binet scale is greater than 12 and my IQ is substantially higher than 70, I'm not a moron. Of course you may have some unofficial definition, but that does not count according to you. So either accept it or be deemed an "idiot". ;P

There are hundreds of 2d frameworks out there, you tell me which it was. Example code from "Learn C# in 5 seconds", possibly? The A* Path Finding algorithm is as old as the hills.

True, true, quite beneath me. My AI and path finding programming was for the real world: production scheduling and control software. You know, running factories: machine assembly, semiconductor fabrication, metal rolling, that sort of thing. Great for the paperless office, too.
